Profile

I am Associate Professor and Graduate Advisor in the Department of Geography at the University of North Texas. I earned my B.E. (Engineering Physics), M.A. (Geog.), and Ph.D. (Geog.) at the University of Saskatchewan.

Prior to joining UNT Geography, I founded and ran a market consulting firm and taught in the Department of Geography at Saskatchewan. I remain an avid follower of the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. I enjoy investing my "free" time in family projects and teaching at my church.

Fact that might be interesting only to me: every year my wife and I have welcomed a son into our family, the Boston Red Sox have won the World Series.
